Blooming Daisy Large Flower Crochet Square
Submitted on Wed, 01/24/2024 - 02:30The Blooming Daisy 9-inch crochet flower squares are worked right side facing front and make for a somewhat solid square which is great for use in afghans, pillows, or cardigans.
The flower square crochet pattern is available as a PDF digital download. a combination of pretty crochet stitches including 2dctog and crochet shell stitches. Worked up in a 45mm crochet hook, it makes a pretty 9-inch afghan square. The example comprises five colors of natural cotton cream, bright green, sunshine yellow, dusty pink, and prune purple, but the color selection is completely up to you. Using 5 skeins of yarn of 100m / 109 yards of yarn you can easily create 4 squares.
Suggested yarn for pattern.
DK Cotton, Bamboo, or Nylon Fibre content yarn
Yarn Length required : +- 500m/ 545yards to complete 4 large squares
Recommended Crochet hook size: 4.5 mm hook
Square size: 24 cm / 9 inches
