Striped & Twisted Market Bag
Submitted on Fri, 07/15/2022 - 22:23I love a good sturdy crochet bag, especially one with loads of colors and texture, the striped and twisted market bag is by far one of my favorite crochet bag, perfect for any road trip, and a definite conversation piece at any market ay you will visit, the end project is a strong and sturdy market bag, that can be used for any occasion.
Finishes sized is a nice comfortable lightweight size, and can be worked in any color of your choice, if you are not stripy like me, one color bag will also be a stunner as the pattern have enough textures to make it a beautiful project.
A great addition to any crochet handbag collector.
Making bags are one my top most favorite projects to make, as its a quick and easy project when too many crochet blankets have squashed your cronjob, or if you have hot summer days and what to crochet but don't want to be embedded under a comfy blanket while doing so.
This is also my goto pattern when I do market days and are looking for unique fun items to sell at my market day stall, they work up quicky and easily and a fun project to work away all your oddballs off crochet yarn, if you have a yearly stall, simply start with one bag a year, and by next year market day you will have 12 loverly bags to sell, with your other products, they will sell out like sweet cakes, that is if you have to let them go !! :)
