ch2 = chain 2
ch-sp = chain space
hdc = half double crochet
sk = skip stitch
3hdc-cl = 3hdc cluster

Row 1 : ch2, ch1, sk2 sts, * 3hdc-cluster st in hdc st, ch2, 3hdc-cluster st in next hdc st, ch2, sk2 sts, repeat from*,until last 3hdc-cluster st, ch1, sk2 sts, 1hdc in last st.

Row 2 : ch2, 1hdc in 1 ch-sp, 1hdc in top of hdc-cluster st, 2hdc in 2ch-sp, 1hdc in hdc-cluster st, * 2hdc in 2ch-sp, 1hdc in top of hdc-cluster st, 2hdc in 2ch-sp, 1hdc in hdc-cluster st, rep from * until the last hdc cluster stitch, 1hdc in 1ch-sp, 1hdc in last st.

Repeat rows 1 + 2 for the remainder of the blanket length.
