Round 1

Start with a magic ring, ch3 counts as the first dc st, work 11 more dc sts into magic ring, join with sl into the top of the starting chain stitch.
(12 x 1dc sts in the magic ring)

Round 2

Join new color between 2 dc sts, ch3, counts as first dc of repeat below
* 1 dc into space between 2 dc sts, 1 fpdc around next dc post, repeat from * around, join into the top starting ch with sl, finish off color.
(12 x 1 dc in space, 1 fpdc round next post)

Round 3

Join color in first dc st from round before, work 1 puff stitch in same stitch, ch1, skip next stitch,
*1 puff st into dc st, ch1, sk next st,
repeat from * around,
join into the top of start puff st with sl, finish off color.
